Ads in the program contribute to the BSC’s continuing mission to provide affordable housing to students. Thank you for your consideration!
If your business is a sponsor, please also provide a full color, high resolution logo in a vector file format for use on additional signage.
Ad dimensions:
Full-Page Ad – 5.5” w x 8.5” h. Add minimum 0.125″ bleed on all sides.
Half-Page Horizontal Ad – 5.5″ w x 4.125″ h. Add minimum 0.125″ bleed on all sides.
Quarter-Page Ad – 2.625″ w x 4.125″ h. Add minimum 0.125″ bleed on all sides.
Production Specs:
Resolution – Images must be 300dpi (pixels per inch) at printed size. This includes embedded images.
Ad Color – Please submit ads in full color CMYK. Ads provided in RGB format or with spot colors will be converted to CMYK and colors may differ after conversion. Submitting ads in CMYK format is the best way to ensure colors will appear as intended.
Software, Output, Formats
Preferred – CMYK .PDF — Please generate the PDF using the “X-1a” (best), “Press Quality,” or “High Quality Print” settings.
Accepted –
Please know that bitmap images convert graphics such as text and lines to bitmaps, and will not print as sharply as a vector format such as PDF.
