Umunhum Brewing Party with the BSCAA

Join the BSCAA in San Jose for an exclusive low-key hang with BSC alumni and members of California’s first co-op brewery, Umunhum Brewing! Enjoy the brewery’s delicious local beer and nonalcoholic beverages, as well as pizza from local cooperative A Slice of New York while you catch up with friends from the houses you loved and lived in.

Event is located near Japantown in San Jose, proper address will be provided with RSVP. Nearby public transportation includes the VTA light rail station Civic Center (2 blocks), Berryessa BART (~2.5 mi), and the 61 bus to Taylor & 4th (1 block).

As a democratically owned and operated business, their motto is “You drink the beer. You should own the bar.” Umunhum’s mission is to create a new “resting place” worthy of the local community. They are a growing group of dedicated members who are passionate about great beer, customer service, sustainability, and great food (supporting local and organic farms where possible).
